Circumstances of the Disappearance
On Sunday, April 10th, 1984, Yaser went out with his friend Ibrahim al-Kabash, who also went missing, to the Sidon corniche. That coincided with a large explosion in the city, so it is possible that Yaser was a victim of this explosion or that he was taken prisoner.
