Description of the missing person
Mikhael was a loving father of seven; five boys (Edmond 21, Ghassan 20, Remon 17,Nasir 15 and Milad 7) and two girls (Mona 18 and Georgette 3). Most of his time was spent at work so he would be able to provide a good living for his family. In his spare time, he went hunting. He also socialized with friends and family by hosting several events in honor of his family’s name. He had a loving relationship with all of his family members and he had a special bond with his son Ghassan, whom he considered to be a loving son, friend and coworker.
Circumstances of the Disappearance
Mikhael was working on his bus distributing supplies in Majdal, more specifically on the road to Kaftoun. At that time there was a conflict in Ehden. He was then interrupted by three men who were driving a white Alfa Romeo and was kidnapped. They took the bus and headed towards Darbla. The bus headed towards Al Assi fields and the Alfa Romeo went to Kfarhelda where it crashed. Upon the crash, the kidnappers forced a farmer to drive them Deir Al Katara. That was the last time Mikhael was ever seen.
