Description of the missing person
Khalil, a man loved by all who knew him, was a loving husband and an affectionate father of three: 2 daughters and one son.
He was a businessman; and the nature of his job forced him to travel frequently. Yet Khalil did not mind that, since his love for travelling was as great as his love for collecting rosaries and hunting.
Circumstances of the Disappearance
Khalil was importing CATERPILLAR equipment from Germany and arrived to Lebanon around 12-13 June 1987.
On June 13th, he made his way to the Lebanese - Syrian borders. His name shows on both the Lebanese and Syrian records, holding the fact that he had left Lebanon on that day and did enter Syria.
Khalil was supposed to head to the port in Syria, yet he never made it, and remains missing to this very day.
