Description of the missing person
Mohammad Ghaleb was a recently married 33-year-old man. He had gotten married a year and two months ago. His wife was nine months pregnant.
Ghaleb – as his wife used to call him – was kind hearted, transparent and innocent. He didn’t own any weapons and stayed as far away as possible from politics and the political parties.
He was an employee in the Jamal Trust Bank. One of his hobbies were walking. It was said that he used to walk long distances.
One of his ambitions for the future were for him to have a daughter and call her Zeina. Therefore, when his wife was pregnant, he used to sing for her the “Zeina” song very often.
Circumstances of the Disappearance
On October 24, 1984, Mohammad Ghaleb disappeared, as he had gone for a walk on the Saida – Nafaa road. There were no eye witnesses at the time of the incident yet there was a rumor that a car had stopped by his side and the people in it had requested he enters the car.
