Description of the missing person
Youssef was a twenty‐one‐year‐old student at Lebanese University’s faculty of science, and he worked at the Iranian Ministry of Communication to pay the cost of his studies. Youssef was a fun person who loved life and enjoyed traveling to new places. He had many hobbies: he liked writing, keeping a journal, playing football, and learning Farsi. Youssef liked helping people, and he especially enjoyed helping the needy. Whenever he received his wages, he gave some to his friends in need. Youssef’s dreams included marrying his fiance and moving with her to Iran.
Circumstances of the Disappearance
There was a clash between the Israeli army and Lebanese youth around the faculty of sciences at Lebanese University in Hadat, and Youssef was part of the group that disappeared there and hasn’t been seen ever since.
